Be Yourself without Being yourself.

WOW having a New Life is not easy. We have to keep in mind that we are not supposed to “define” who we are, we are just supposed to BE who we already are. That can be very difficult when dealing with the egoic mind or ego. We have a human condition of wanting to be recognized as something or someone, not necessarily “famous” someone, but the ego wants to be noticed. Therefore we seek to define ourselves through something identifiable. I am a ie. teacher, writer, doctor, actress, comedian, victim…. and the list goes on.

I guess what I’m saying is let’s be ourselves, without being ourselves. :0) Live and let live. When we see life in someone else, congratulate it – applaud yourself for recognizing freedom in someone else.

It can be difficult just trying to relax… but let’s give it a shot, shall we?

MUAH 1st Monday of the Year, let’s GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. The truth is that we have no idea what we really are, but we know what we are not. We have been practicing what we are not, for so long, that you really believe our image is what we are. Your faith is invested in all those lies we believe about our self. Its a story, but its not the truth. We create an image of perfection, a story about what we should be, and we begin to search for a false image. The image is a lie, but we invest our faith in that lie. Then we build a whole structure of lies to support it.
